My Mission Statement
Hello! I am Aurora. Welcome to my practice. I am happy that you have found me and have chosen me to help you with your relationship. Often, life is like the four seasons. They occur in cycles - some seasons are cold and gloomy, others are warmer and joyful, or they are transitioning in between. And, as the seasons, we go through periods in life where we feel more joyful and connected, or gloomier and disconnected. However, when we stay too long in one season, we might have difficulty finding our way out. Often, we get stuck in old ways of behaving and life does not seem to flow naturally. A change in our old ways is needed, but we don't always know how or what to do. When working with me, I will help you connect with yourself and with your partner, and to navigate the, sometimes, "rocky road" back to each other's hearts. As part of our work together, we will identify the vicious cycle that you are stuck in and we will develop a process to create improved ways to connect and communicate with your partner and those close to you. Returning to a more joyful season is possible and I will be there to help you achieve that!
