You think because you understand 'one' you must also understand 'two', because one and one make two. But you must also understand 'and'. Rumi.
When things with your partner are not moving in the direction you imagined and you feel continuously stuck in the same damaging patterns, it is a good idea to pause and reflect on yourselves and the ¨and¨ between you two. It takes both courage and a new roadmap to address the aspects of your relationship that are causing disconnection, often hidden in plain sight.
You do not have to do this alone: therapy sessions will be a safe space in which we will collaborate to identify both your relationship’s strengths and the negative cycle that makes you drift apart from each other. Once we have identified what gets you stuck, we aim to find and practice new ways to bring you back to the path of connection.
